The item description could have been a bit more thorough (this bag included a longer strap as well that wasn’t mentioned but was in one photo) and although I asked the seller about it I never got a response. The seller was also slow to ship but once shipped, the bag arrived very quickly. Would recommend, but know that your messages will go unanswered.

My handbag came with a Coach shopping bag &dust bag. My only critique is that the handbag was shipped in just a bag with no box; therefore it was folded over and is going to take some reshaping and has a mild “crinkle” in the leather. Perhaps padded packaging would work better. Other than that everything is great!
