Won the case, now in the process of removing this feedback which violates several different feedback policies: 1) Comment left for a different transaction and item number 2) Personal attack meant to harm the reputation of the seller which is clearly proven false. 3) Buyer is a competitor selling the exact same items on Ebay which provides the motive for making false claims.
