The seller is very professional and quick to respond to the issue I encountered with a DOA device. I understand that most of the used devices are still in a great condition. Damaged could have been from shipping but I can't see how based on how it was packaged. Missing heatsinks 100% on the seller. I reached out to them and they instantly sent me a new board and ensured it would have heatsinks. New board arrived very quickly. Quality was awesome, Appearance Awesome and the value was reasonable.
