FedEx delivered my case of grease somewhere but not here I could not find out where it went. Seller reshipped case of grease apparently it was damaged in shipment and returned to original ship address. Three weeks later seller issued refund to my account. Thank you for your follow up and refund.

They reached out right away to clear things up. I didn t want to open the box so I could send it back. I was assured that they got a bulk shipment and had to bix it up and used what they had.
