  Great customer service. Although he initially sent me a different car than I ordered (in the same series), he immediately sent me the correct car when I emailed him about the mistake. When I received the car I ordered, I boxed up and sent back the first car he sent me. Mistakes happen. That's not an issue. He immediately rectified the problem with no quibbling. Like I said before; great customer service.
