- c***1 (22)- Bewertung vom Käufer.Letzte 6 MonateBestätigter KaufNote that this unit also doesn't have an optical drive, and not only is the HDD missing but these models of Optiplex use a bespoke caddy to hold the HDD, which is also missing, so you'll have to source that elsewhere or find another solution. The unit was nonfunctional when it arrived, but the seller advised reseating the RAM which fixed the issue and now it boots normally.

They definitely have some of the higher quality refurbished printer products on the used market. One thing I really like is they take the time to safely package their items, which is a huge deal considering how rough shipping lanes can be. Products are always very clean as well. Every now and then there is a hiccup on a possible defect but they have always helped me find a resolution.
