I contacted seller about the network daughter card and they shipped me a card at no additional expense stating that they did not want to tarnish their perfect feedback. It’s quite upsetting that after supplying an extra NIC, and not being allowed an opportunity to resolve the PSU issue, that we still received our first ever negative feedback…
