I even shared messages with seller asking for specific things and in writing, seller said those things were in excellent condition. One of the three items was not. I contacted the seller who asked me to return the items to get a refund. Those items, as I originally specified to seller were gifts so I asked seller to at least refund me for the one that came in bad shape.
