Although the package has cuts and damage, the front shock appears to be flawless. I was very excited about the price. This is for a Sno Go Ski Bike and the FOX upgraded shocks they offer on their company site are way overpriced at 3x the price of this one and usually Out of Stock. This shock is amazing and I can't wait for the Winter Ski Season to check it out and put it through the paces.

They used Amazon fulfillment for shipping which was slow (took 3 days before it ever left the origin facility then stalled a few more days before being marked as "delayed", although in the end they wound up delivering it a day earlier than the delivery date). I would buy from this seller again but would insist that they use a different shipping method.
