Communicated well with me throughout the process of making logistical arrangements for freight shipment services. Very reasonable with his pricing and cut me a deal but where he really shines is in his packaging skills. Picked up my leather seats 100 miles away and they were individually wrapped and then the whole pallet was wrapped very well which prevented them from getting wet after driving through a storm on the way home. Highly recommend him.

Initially the part sent was for the opposite side of the car, but communicated with seller and was quick to respond and addressed the issue by sending the correct part and covering the return shipping cost.
