I asked for guidance on opening a return and received no reply; seller also did not respond when I asked for help reopening the return. Item description also did not explain all issues with the phone (incomplete description of "Google locked"; did not mention that phone overheats). The item condition said the item is "for parts," but the description and photos indicated there was a good chance the phone would work.

( I always wanted a mega phone) It would have been nice to be able to.use it for phone use. Maybe they will.come.out with a newer version I will definitely buy one .

Over all im glad of the purchase . Just little upset that I can only use it for games.
