It tests to 72%. Whatever program is used is not reliable relative to the system reported battery status via "powercfg /batteryreport" utility - which measures mwH in and out of the battery vs. %. Lost a start for that on the description. I keep expectations low on used batteries though. In the end, I'm very happy with it and will consider this seller for future needs.
