I contacted Steve who was incredibly helpful, chasing up the courier and getting photos and coordinates for me to attempt to find the house that it had been delivered to. I was unable to locate the property and Steve quickly refunded the item for me. The fault lay with the courier, rather than the seller, who went above and beyond in helping resolve the issue. Definately a 10 out of ten for excellent customer service.
