However, this seller was at least quick to reach back out, to admit there was a screw up on their end and to not charge me for return shipping. It was close to what was described, but it was a model number mix-up. The packaging was top notch and for Laptops at an affordable price to at least get a vote of confidence whether they work or not upfront was appreciated.
