I was so upset that my items were damaged. We all know messaging is not perfect, & this seller did not receive my emails. When they did, they responded immediately & felt terrible. So do I. The items I purchased were just as described (absolutely beautiful) & the price was fantastic! Given the care in packing for shipping, they should have never been damaged. My total purchase price with shipping was immediately refunded. What customer service! A++

Despite the mug being previously owned, the photos and description indicated that it was in very good condition and it frankly appears unused! I used to have the same coffee mug and busted mine, so finding it again on eBay was a happy moment and all is happily fulfilled. This seller kept the "eBay magic" alive. Thank you!

However, the Seller quickly sent the correct book and it was in good condition.
