This all came from poor packaging - thin bubblewrap and paper (see pic)! Also owed extra import tax from US to the UK because eBay said I chose this option. As a result the return is stalled as I will never get my tax back from HMRC as they just ignore any claim even when you show proof so stuck with it! Stuck with trying to get it repaired! EBay Global shipping rubbish too!
