The seller said this "can you buy the Fuser in the local store or online to replace when there is problem? Sorry" I was asking for a replacement of a $400 plus device, that is expensive and it is not working properly........ I have to waste time and money returning everything back because the seller is not cooperating.

However, several weeks after its early arrival, I received numerous emails saying it was arriving, then delivered AGAIN. It was NOT delivered again, and those emails were a scam.
