The seller was fast to respond to any messages, was fair, and willing to work out any issues. I am very pleased with not only the item, but the sellers communication and honestly. Cons: Minor time delay to get replacement Pros: Seller apologized for confusion, prompt refund, no item return required.

Will save dtls for my next build.
