However, the logistics team were poorly on their part as they did not update me throughout the process and took 4 days to update me. When I was updated it was through a different language that I could not read. Overall I am satisfied with this product for now. Thank you to the seller for doing their job in ensuring that the customer receives their product.

Within minutes of ordering the item, I realized that the handle was completely Black and no chrome finish on the actual handle. I attempted to cancel the order but was told it couldn't be cancelled. I received the item and requested from seller to return it as soon as a shipping label was provided by seller. After several text messages, seller agreed to refund $10.00 of the $16.00 costs. I accepted the offer.
