The seller resolved the issue but had to wait for the courier to confirm that they were unable to locate the missing parcel. The product appears to be well made and fantastic value compared to £542 each (!) from a main dealer. Packaging could probably have been better as only came in a polythene postage bag without any padding.

They messaged me to make sure it was the correct battery and that I had checked the measurements etc. They also kept me informed about when it was dispatched and through to the delivery.
