This product was opened, and 6 of the tweezers are clearly missing their protective caps. Which is fine for me since the tips are undamaged, but it clearly wasn't brand new as description says and only came in a clear, but opened plastic wrapping. I was happy with the shipping and overall product and would still order from this seller again. Picture to show what it looked like when I opened up the casing
