I waited for about 4 weeks, kept on looking at the tracking information, which was never saying dispatched. Payment had be processed. Did not get any notification from the dealers and had to get in touch with them asking for their advice what was happening with the item. They gave me no explanation of what had happened to it. I didn't get the offer of another one. They offered a full refund right away. Gordon
