I was able to extract the update package and use it to update both radios but the CPS could not be extracted. I contacted the seller and he arranged for an electronic CPS transfer which worked perfectly. I highly recommend this seller. Be aware that you need to be proficient with this process on your computer or buy tech help from the seller.
