The items are an inferior knockoff of the item they are claimed to be. The stainless steel flatware delivered is not 18/10 Chromium/Nickle as would be contained in the authentic items. And the castings of the flatware, specifically the forks are different than the real Hampton Silversmiths Lauren Frosted 18/10 Stainless Flatware. That said, every flatware manufacturer occasionally changes the specs of their pieces, but doesn't rename it. Perhaps that's what happened in this case, but I can't know for sure since the buyer didn't take advantage of the free return policy. Seems unfair to call it a ripoff.
