Not very rounded off, as the picture implies a similar shape to the Skunk2 shift knob (which is the main reason I bought it in the first place), and didn't have a locking nut as shown in one of the pictures, but rather a thread that screws into the knob itself. Still a decent weighted knob, but I was hoping for a teardrop shaped "OEM style" replacement (think RSX or Civic Si EP3 esque).
