Dell's keyboard is riveted to the frame so I had to grind down the plastic heads, and later use glue gun to reattached every spots. To do that the whole notebook was gutted out. Quite a job as I have never done this before. Watched a few YouTube clips and make sure you photo every parts before you remove it. Also the opening of the case triggered bit-locking so the hard drive was locked up. I reinstalled OS with a new SSD instead.

The LCD screen itself was the very exact same as the one in the laptop and NOT just a noname "compatible". Packaging was superb, the multi layer wrapping and padding protected the screen well. I'm very satisfied and based on my experience now, I highly recommend this seller.
