It's a shame that you would rather take the time to leave negative feedback 4 times, rather than send us an email, we can't resolve a problem if we don't know about it. Very disappointing

Having said that, the seller was/is NOT at fault at all which is why I cannot leave negative feedback. N.F. is counterproductive in MOST instances totally unwarranted. .
