We supply tens of thousands of these items every year with no issues at all. The customer was shipping their items without ensuring the bottle caps were sealed, this is not our responsibility. caps can leak in transit, it is not due to the quality of the bottle or cap and is down to the person shipping the bottle to ensure it is packaged correctly for transit. of the 23 feedback this customer has left 20 are negative, this says something.
