I'm replacing them again because I don't want them to total break and ruin my hardwood floor. I'm not heavy but this is my second set on my office chair same company. Maybe I will try someone new next time....

First chair was perfect. One chair's label was destroyed and was shipped far away by FedEx. Box arrived resealed with a lot of clear packing tape and was roughly handled.
