When I arrived home and picked up my mail (10 days after it had arrived) the item was broken it the box. I messaged this seller and she replied within minutes and gave me a full refund, no questions asked. I offered to send photos of the item and the box that was clearly damaged in shipping and NOT the fault of the seller.
