I had to get a refund that I didn't want--because the customer service guy didn't know what he was talking about, but when I finally got in touch with the business itself, they took care of everything and shipped the necklace. I got it today, and it's beautiful! It's the only one I could find that came near to replacing the one I broke. So thank you so much. It was packed so carefully, also.
