I have been hearing from them for 2 weeks that they will ship what I'm missing. Nothing! They even admitted that they knew they were shorting me when they shipped that they expected to have more in before they shipped! They are selling a product that they don't have on hand! Absolutely do not recommend them.

When I inserted his cartridges in my printer, the message was “Non-HP chip. The indicated cartridges are blocked because they contain a non-HP chip. Replace to continue printing” I contacted the seller immediately and returned the bogus cartridges to him. It's been three weeks and there's been no response from the seller and I have not received a refund. I'm out $70 bucks.
