A solid lock for my back gate, fitting was straight forward using the drilling template. 5 keys is good. No instructions, but quickly realised you have to push in the button to open or close the lock from the inside!

The only issue we had was that we ordered two and one was incorrect. I gave them a call and their customer service was brilliant — they sent out a replacement ASAP, which arrived within 48 hours. Plus they were the only company I could find to get the closest match to the other door handle in my house otherwise I would of had to change the lot.

I contacted the supplier who immediately sent a pair of brass handles to correct the mistake. This is an example of how a supplier should respond I have nothing but praise for them I would have no concerns about using this supplier again. Thank you very much
