They also removed the piece of hose that hooks the pump to the tray for the water. When I contacted with the company, and asked them what happened with the butterfly, their statement they had removed it. I asked them to send me the hose and the butterfly. They said send it back I wouldn't recommend this company at all. There is no Butterfly Fountian.
