The seller was only ugly to me when I asked what could be done, very rude. The Chaco sandals purchased were carefully examined and cleaned before listing, and they were delivered 33 days ago. I hope that potential buyers can extrapolate negative comments from the overwhelming majority of positive ones. Thank you!
