Rim is new, all black perfect for disc brake use but the rim brake surface is also good for that. Not too flashy so it’ll blend in. The spoke holes do not have eyelets, but the aluminum is plenty thick so if you want to install 12 or 13 Ga spikes for an electric motor hi. Build, you can drill it out just like if you intend to use a Schrader tube. Great price for what I need it for.
