Best deal as you also get a brand new pen. I love the smooth writing and balance of pen. Very light pressure needed. Great for arthritis. Only issue I have is screwing the pen together after refill insertion. Line up back cap with scalloped end of pen and press hard over the soft plastic to hold the pen for screwing together. Don't forget to take little ball off of tip of refill. You can feel it.
