On opening the box the kit parts look clean, well moulded and feels like a quality product. For me modelling London docklands this is perfect and a great addition to my P.L.A.! There are no wheels. The scale is given as OO gauge the distance between the legs of the crane when measured against other OO gauge cranes begs to differ. No cable just pulleys that a cable can't be attached to. This could be a really good kit if it were beefed up a bit had some wheels and pulleys.
