You need to remove the left silver cap and put them there. Putting back the tap and make the battery work is a bit of a pain. The socond issue is that the watch can't show 24 hour format- it is only AM/PM format. It can show you the year(seems like) if you forgot which year is now... Also, i'm not sure if it shows tempereture correctly. Appart of that- it may serve you well...probably.
