After reading other reviews, I realized that Eleet must be extremely busy, which meant communications were spotty and turnaround time was longer than shown. Quoted turnaround should be a month, and expect slow/no communication. The repair was excellent and the pricing was as shown. ALSO, save money by NOT DIY the HDMI port repair like I did! One night while gaming, the console suddenly shut off and would not power back on. I wasn't convinced the local repair shop knew what they were talking about. I left a note for Eleet, requesting troubleshooting notes, and they called me and we had a great technical conversation explaining why my device is unrepairable. (Internal SSD failure) Even though they didn't fix my device, I am happy.

I had a HDMI that was broken and the tracks connected to the HDMI port as well. They fixed both of these things for cheaper than places charge just to replace the HDMI. Work they did was exceptional! The motherboard for my Xbox series X was working like new! I highly recommend doing this just trust me!
