- 8***h (132)- Bewertung vom Käufer.Vor über einem JahrBestätigter KaufThe AP units are supposed to be new and did come in sealed boxes and yet one of the units may have been used or a returned product as the AP-22 unit had dirt smudges on the face of the unit and on the side. Clearly not the condition a new product would be in. One of the AP units required reset before it could be recognized on the network. The units work and so I'll keep them and use them, still, for the small savings, I may order direct next time to ensure receiving new product.

Then I requested a refund a few minutes later because that usually gets a vendors attention. Normal stores want the money and just go on and ship the item and send me a message letting me know something. They said not a word and just approved the refund.
