I even put it together out of the box. And no success. I would like to return the second set I'm probably stuck with the one I tried fitting. It appears from your pic that it may have not been installed completely. A clamp maybe needed as suggested in our instructional video. Did you attempt to install the other parts? Are you having the same issue on both sides with both sets of parts. We're here to assist and hope we can.
