  The lead was received today within stated delivery time. Item new as described, and is of very good quality, it is even better than the original which was supplied with the camera.   The item ordered was a blue braided fabric USB charging cable. The vendor sent a black nylon cable. I contacted the vendor who stated that they were "out of stock of the blue, so sent black instead". I pointed out that I specifically ordered blue to instantly identify it amongst other cables and they promptly offered a full refund. I would not have ordered had the vendors listing shown them to be out of stock of the item that I actually wanted but they refunded my payment on request.

  This seller acted upon my order really quickly, it was delivered the day after ordering. Unfortunately, due to my error, I ordered the incorrect part, on being contacted the seller immediately said that I should return the product and offered a full refund, which I thanked them very much for such a positive response. I will have no hesitation in using this seller again in the future.
