The only issue we had was that we ordered two and one was incorrect. I gave them a call and their customer service was brilliant — they sent out a replacement ASAP, which arrived within 48 hours. Plus they were the only company I could find to get the closest match to the other door handle in my house otherwise I would of had to change the lot.

The seller answered my questions promptly and the knobs arrived within 48 hours, well packaged. Now all in situ and look great. Highly recommended. Many thanks.

I contacted the supplier who immediately sent a pair of brass handles to correct the mistake. This is an example of how a supplier should respond I have nothing but praise for them I would have no concerns about using this supplier again. Thank you very much
