I would never bother with wood now this stuff is available. I pulled the old transom out the top which took some effort, sealed the space with resin then poured in this compound. No need to cut the back end out and deal with all that complication.

I tried to contact Ebay and the seller. after a lot of searching I found that I could receive a phone call from customer service. when they called the connection was so garbled that I could not understand one word that was being said, I don't know if they could hear me. they tried to call back and it was the same thing, all I could do was return 10 pales and get a replacement. I ate the lose of $76.00
