Unfortunately, the watch had a battery that had corroded and eaten away at the metal contacts. Excellent communication with the seller resulted in a partial refund and me keeping the broken watch for parts. Super happy with how we were able to resolve problem and work at a solution that was fair to all. Good, understanding and fair Seller! I will be happy to deal with them in the future.
