They did give me a refund (twice for two attempts to buy), but ended up wasting a month of my time. They are waiting to take advantage of the lazy buyer who doesn't bother to question why they never received their part. Buyer beware!

Item was marked as shipped with no tracking information. Was over a week late from the original estimated delivery date and the seller just decided to refund my money with no explanation of why or what happened. Steer clear.
