Although the box came with a large tear across the front, the controller is in perfect condition and looks amazing! It works without issue, as well once plugged in. The price for the controller was also very good, as it seems to be the same price as it was while still available to purchase through Microsoft. 3 An amazing value to find it at a similar price point now that it is no longer available.

Condition is great, quality is good, and I'm glad we were able to find this specific, otherwise difficult to find, controller at retail price. Only complaint is the box was really banged up when it arrived due to the item being shipped in a bag, so it wasn't very well protected outside of it's own box.
