- e***e (111)- Bewertung vom Käufer.Vor über einem JahrBestätigter KaufI purchased 22 of these units from the seller. I have a unit that has a motherboard issue related to RAM. The seller agreed to take a look and shipped it back saying it's working. You can't even install windows on it without a BSOD. Seller refused to replace or refund the unit after I purchased 22 of these towers from them! Does not honor loyal customers or their own warranty. We DID make an exception and allowed the return of a unit that was well past the warranty. The issue was a dead $2 Cmos battery. We absorbed the return shpg AND the shpg back to them. A 2nd return was requested 2 months AFTER the warranty expired and we STILL offered replacement memory. The fact that they bought 22 units and only had an issue with 2 says something and we DID try to help. This all could have been avoided had they opted for an extended warranty on these older units.

Most components still appeared new and they even included what most would charge extra for. Highly recommend and look forward to doing business with again.
