No scratches, scuffs, or really any evidence that it has ever been used. Packed well, everything works as expected. It even came with a screen protector already installed, perfectly with no bubbles, and a USB A to C charging cable. I am satisfied.

Seller let me return it with no problems and I got another one that work perfectly. The condition of the phones is very good, they look great and they have very little wear or scratches. I contacted the seller, and they told me I could add "must be OEM unlocked" in the note-to-seller box at checkout on ebay. I sent the first phone back for a full refund, and the second phone they sent me was exactly what I needed. I'm very grateful for their help through this process.
